PrepMaster Digital is operated by RBC Publishing & Consulting, 1309 Coffen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you redeem an access code or create an account we collect your email address, your redemptions and, if you buy a paid product, the order details we receive from our payment provider (product, amount, country — never your full card number). We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention, and aggregate usage analytics via Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver the resources you unlocked or bought, to protect the service from abuse, and — if you have not opted out — to send you occasional emails about the resources you unlocked. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the site: PayPro Global (payment processing, as Merchant of Record), Resend (transactional email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (content storage and delivery) and Microsoft Clarity (aggregate analytics). Each provider processes data only to provide its service. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How we protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to the operator. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

How long we keep it

Redemption and order records are kept for as long as needed to provide access to your purchases and to meet legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails immediately and keep only a suppression record. You can ask us to delete your data entirely at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format, by writing to info@prepmasterdigital.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (login and code redemption) and analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity). No advertising cookies.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
