The service
PrepMaster Digital provides downloadable and streamable companion resources (study tools, flashcards, audiobooks and similar digital materials) for purchasers of our books, as well as optional paid digital products sold directly on this site. Free companion resources are unlocked with the code printed inside each book.
Payments
Paid products on this site are sold through our e-commerce reseller and Merchant of Record, PayPro Global, Inc., which handles the order process, billing, applicable taxes and receipts. The price, currency and any recurring billing terms are always shown at checkout before you pay. Where subscriptions are offered, renewal and cancellation are governed by our Cancellation Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy.
Accounts and access codes
Some features require an account identified by your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email secure. Each book code allows a limited number of redemptions to prevent abuse; if your legitimate code stops working, contact support and we will restore your access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access codes or accounts that are used fraudulently, shared publicly, resold, or otherwise used in violation of these terms. Where reasonably possible we will contact you first. You may close your account at any time by writing to info@prepmasterdigital.com; closing the account does not affect purchases already delivered.
License and intellectual property
All products sold on PrepMaster Digital (digital study guides, practice materials and audiobooks) are original works owned and published by RBC Publishing & Consulting (registered in the State of Wyoming, United States), 1309 Coffen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. RBC Publishing & Consulting holds all intellectual property rights in these products; nothing on this site is resold on behalf of third parties.
These materials are protected by copyright. Resources are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale, scraping, automated downloading or public posting of the materials is not permitted. Product names and any certification marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt to bypass access controls, and not to share purchased content with people who have not bought it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our materials are independent study and reference resources provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
