Free companion resources

The companion resources included with a PrepMaster Digital book are free of charge — there is nothing to refund for redeeming a code. Refunds for the book itself follow the policy of the store where you bought it (e.g. Amazon).

Paid digital products

For any paid digital product purchased on this site we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase, for any reason. For subscriptions, the same 14-day window applies to each charge, including renewals, counted from the date of that charge.

How to request a refund

Write to info@prepmasterdigital.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order reference. Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, PayPro Global, so you can also use the order lookup link in your purchase receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds requested after the 14-day window, or in cases of clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same content, or content that has been redistributed in violation of the Terms). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer law.
